 In 1990, Elise began her career as a Medical Office Assistant for a private practice. 14 years later she started working at The Royal Jubilee Hospital as a Unit Clerk and Transcriptionist. During those years working in the medical field, Elise began to see holes in area of Home Care; this eventually led her to begin Island Home Care.

 Andrea was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She attended Red River College and studied Digital Media. After four years of working as a motion graphics artist for a local film and television production company, she chose to make the move to Vancouver Island to be closer to family.
